OAMIC 2021 DUES SCHEDULE
January 1 – December 31, 2021

(A) The annual dues schedule for each domestic assessment mutual, non-domestic insurer, non-assessment mutual, stock company or reciprocal will be based on gross assessment income or direct written premium as reported to the Ohio Department of Insurance as of December 31st of the prior year.
Dues Schedule (Ohio Income Only):
Companies within a group, under the same management, will be charged for their largest company in the group according to the above schedule. Each additional company within the group may also obtain membership at the dues rate of $100 per year.
(B) The annual dues for other interested organizations will be as follows:

| $100,001 to $250,000 | $300 |
| $250,001 to $500,000 | $350 |
| $500,001 to $1,000,000 | $400 |
| $1,000,001 to $2,500,000 | $600 |
| $2,500,001 to $5,000,000 | $700 |
| $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 | $800 |
| $10,000,001 and over | $1,500 |
| Adjusting Firms | $375 |
| Non-domestic Primary Insurers | $375 |
| All other Firms | $375 |
