Complete the speaker interest form to let us know a little bit about yourself. Be sure to indicate your areas of expertise and any speaking experience you may have.

Once your form is submitted, you will receive a detailed confirmation by email that provides you with contact information and next steps.

Each member of OAMIC’s event planning team will receive a copy of your information. If there is interest in having you present for an upcoming event, we will be in touch regarding speaking opportunities. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a speaking opportunity.

A good session proposal includes the following:

  • Topic
  • Speaker Name, credentials, and biography
  • Speaking experience – a link to videos if possible
  • A complete session description with learning objectives
  • Contact Information
  • Any required fees such as travel expenses

The session description should be two to three paragraphs in length. Please include three to five learning objectives in bullet form. Biographical information should be in paragraph format. If you have spoken at a previous OAMIC event or other industry event, please describe the nature of the presentation. If there is anyone able to serve as a reference regarding your speaking experience, this information would be very helpful.
