You need to arrive at the hotel by 3:30 p.m. on April 23rd. We will be visiting with our Congressional Representatives from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on April 24th so please book departing flights after 6:30 p.m.
Our objective is to get widespread attendance from all OAMIC companies, with a minimum of one OAMIC representative from each Congressional District. Everyone who has attended these visits will tell you that they are very important. Few legislators have knowledge of the role or problems of the mutual insurance industry in today’s business environment. However, constituent visits do make a difference. Please send at least one representative from your company. This visit is well worth its expense. Attendees should use the sample letter (below) to write to his or her senators and representatives at least four weeks prior to our visit.
