CERTIFICATION CREDITS

Ohio CE Credit

The OAMIC Convention is approved for 6 CE credits in the state of Ohio. See the agenda for which sessions qualify.

If you’d like to earn an additional 4 credits, including an Ethics credit, you can register to attend the CONNECT sessions on June 7. This is complimentary for OAMIC member attendees and costs a small fee for nonmembers. Simply select this option when registering. If you’re already registered and would like to add the CONNECT sessions, email us at info@oamic.org.

NAMIC FMDC Credit

The OAMIC Convention is also approved to offer 4 Farm Mutual Director Certification (FMDC) maintenance credits. See the agenda for which sessions qualify.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@oamic.org.

The following cancellation rules apply to event registrations only. Please see sponsor and exhibitor service agreements for applicable rules regarding these items.

IN-PERSON EVENTS

Cancellations on or Before May 8, 2023

Cancellation requests received in writing between the time of registration and 31 days prior to the first scheduled day of the event: Event registrations can be transferred to another individual at no cost, changed to virtual participation if applicable with a refund issued for the difference in the registration fees, or refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Optional activities and guest registration fees will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee per activity/guest.

Cancellations After May 8, 2023

Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the first scheduled day of the event: Virtual access will be granted, if applicable, but OAMIC will not refund registration fees. Guest registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. All optional activity registration fees are nonrefundable. However, all registrations, including those for optional activities, can be transferred to another individual at no cost.

What happens to my registration if OAMIC cancels the event?

Attendees will be notified in writing within 48 hours of formal decision of cancellation. If OAMIC cancels an in-person event, attendees can convert their registrations to virtual, if applicable, and receive a refund of the difference between registration fees. Attendees can also choose to receive a full refund of registration fees. Optional activity and guest registrations will be automatically refunded.

OAMIC will provide specific instructions for cancelling hotel rooms at the official event hotel. Additional travel arrangements must be cancelled by individuals.
